My Family Stats...
I am the youngest of 5 kids (see below). I have 2 sister-in-laws (Scott's wife, Jill, and Mike's wife, Catie) and 1 brother-in-law (Teresa's husband, Jim). I have 7 nephews and 3 nieces. Scott & Jill's kids - Caleb, Chris and Sara; Jim & Teresa's kids - Bradley, Logan and Phillip; Mike & Catie's kids - Jacob, Grace, Gabe and Mary Beth. My parent's names are Lloyd and Kiva. Update to family stats: As of March 5th I will not be the youngest anymore. My dad is marrying his new sweetheart, Shay. She has 2 daughters, Britney and Ashley. So, now at 28 I will have 2 little sisters to torment. Better late than never....I will try to someday get some pics of my new family members loaded onto the site. |

Say Cheese...
The above pic was taken in the late 1970's. Pictured are (seated on couch, left to right): Scott, Me and Teresa; (seated on floor, left to right): Brad and Mike. The order we were born in is Scott, Teresa, Mike, Brad and then (last but NOT least) Me!
Did You Know...
I am just the latest in a long line of school bus drivers. One of my Dad's brothers, Gene, drove a school bus for several years and one of Gene's sons did as well. Dad still drives and Mom did for 15 years before her death and my sister-in-law, Jill, drives and my cousin, Joe, drove for a while and so did my brother, Scott. But before any of us drove, my grandpa (Dad's dad), J.C., drove kids to school in a horse-drawn buggy and was also school custodian. My brother Brad never drove a bus but did work as a custodian before his death. Scott also was a custodian for a while. My brother, Mike, is a school teacher and Mike's wife, Catie, is a school teacher also. I guess working with school children is an inherited trait!
